Tran My Hanh, Executive Project Manager Hanh works in an executive management support role with the Executive Director to improve the management and coordination systems and to deliver projects under the Prosperity Initiative Corporate Programme. Hanh has been working as a programme coordinator and officer for more than 7 years, most recently with Oxfam Hong Kong. Hanh also spent nearly 4 years with an investment consultancy firm conducting qualitative and quantitative research and feasibility studies on business and development projects. She has an M.B.A. in International Business and an M.A. in Development Studies.
Le Thi Minh Thi, Senior Communications Officer Thi coordinates all programme and internal communications projects and provides support to external communications. Previously, Thi worked as Communications and Media Officer at Save the Children Sweden and for nearly six years with the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) as Public Affairs Assistant. Before that, she worked on one of the Ministry of Trade's key communication outputs, the Foreign Trade Bulletin. Thi holds a bachelor's degree in English Culture from the Hanoi University of Foreign Studies and a diploma in journalism from the South China Morning Post's training programme.
Sarah Gray, Communications Consultant Sarah has been with Prosperity Initiative since January 2008, supporting Prosperity's external and programme communications. Prior to that, she worked as a Communications Adviser on a USAID tax modernization project in Armenia. In addition to a background in journalism, she has worked in international development for five years in the areas of behaviour change communications, institutional development and teacher training in Central, South and Southeast Asia. Sarah holds a M.A. in International Affairs/International Media and Communications from Columbia University and a B.A. in English.
