Jim has 23 years experience in Private Sector Development (PSD), working to achieve inter-agency collaboration and exchange, and therefore to enhance effectiveness and impact. Central to this work has been a shift towards more systemic approaches which build on local demand and initiative. Jim has worked in 25 developing countries and speaks English, French and Spanish. Before working in PSD, he worked in the oil industry for 6 years.
