Antony Feeny, Head of CAP-IPSARD/PRC Programme
Antony leads Prosperity Initiative's strategic partnership in Viet Nam with the Centre for Agricultural Policy (under the Institute of Policy and Strategy for Agriculture and Rural Development - IPSARD) and in Lao PDR with Agriculture and Forestry Policy Research Center (under National Agriculture and Forestry Research Institute - NAFRI). Antony has more than 20 years strategy, business development and management experience gained in 16 countries. Before joining Prosperity Initiative, Antony was a private consultant and worked for Accenture. He has lived and worked in many Asian countries for more than 15 years. In the 1990s, Antony established and ran his own strategy consulting company in Bangkok with a Thai partner to help Thai family companies professionalise and improve their businesses for the future. Antony holds an M.A. and BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University and is a qualified public finance accountant.

Vu Phuong Mai, Strategy Analyst
Mai joined Prosperity Initiative as an analyst supporting the CAP-IPSARD/PRC programme. As a part of the team, Mai works on in-depth analyses of market sectors to support Prosperity's programmes and partners. Before joining Prosperity Initiative, Mai worked as research analyst at Dragon Capital Group Limited. Mai holds a BA in Commerce from RMIT International University Vietnam.
