Ngo Viet Hung, Acting Finance & Operations Manager
Hung leads the Business and Operations team to support Prosperity Initiative's programmes in the areas of finance, human resources, information systems, legal matters and administration. Before joining Prosperity Initiative, Hung spent over 10 years in the private sector in sales, marketing, audit, finance and general management in various companies and sectors from his small business to big international companies. Hung holds a graduate diploma in applied finance and investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Ngo Hong Hoa, Accountant
Before joining Prosperity Initiative, Hoa worked as an Accountant/Finance Officer for three Australian development projects and for The Delegation of the European Committee in Viet Nam. Hoa has more than 10 years experience managing project finance and accounting systems. Hoa has developed the finance and accounting systems for three ODA projects and is deeply involved in setting up the current finance and accounting system for Prosperity Initiative.

Luu Minh Duc, Administrative Officer
Duc joined as an Administrative Officer with the Business and Operations team. Her job is to provide and coordinate the overall administrative and logistics activities. She is also involved in designing and developing administrative processes and policies to ensure administration operations function smoothly. Before joining Prosperity Initiative, she worked for Oxfam Great Britain in Vietnam. She holds a B.A in Economics from the National Economics University.

Vu Thi Tho, Human Resource Officer
Tho is an integral part of the HR team working to ensure the function runs smoothly. Prior to assuming her role as Human Resources Officer, Tho worked in a similar position for GK Corporation where she was responsible for human resource management services, organisational development, employee and labour relations, compensation and benefits, training and career development and employee programs.
