New Agreement with Oxfam Hong Kong |

On 27 March, Oxfam Hong Kong (OHK) signed a Letter of Agreement with Prosperity Initiative to contribute USD 250,000 to "Support for further developing the industrial bamboo sub-sector in North West Vietnam and North East Lao PDR in 2009". The contract duration is from April 2009 to March 2010. This Letter of Agreement continues OHK's long running support to Prosperity Initiative, which began in 2006 when Prosperity Initiative was first established as a project of OHK in Viet Nam.
